A newly renovated and spacious one bedroom apartment for seven guests in the very heart of Berlin's city centre. A great location and a modern, fully equipped apartment to enhance your stay in this exciting city!
The apartment is situated on a quiet street on the third floor of a Victorian-style apartment building with original high ceilings and plenty of character. Inside, the apartment is newly fitted with central heating, parquetry wooden floor boards, modern fixtures and contemporary furniture. The living areas are spacious and full of light, thanks to several large windows in each room.
There is one spacious double bedroom with ensuite and three single beds available- two in the living room and one in the dining room, plus a double sofa bed, making a total of seven sleeping places.
The living area consists of a lounge room and adjoining dining room. In the lounge area you will find a generous sized sofa, coffee table and two leather armchairs. There is a flat screen television with satellite channels, a DVD player and Internet connection. The dining room has a table and six chairs.
The kitchen is separate, modern and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking at home. Appliances include a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and electric stovetop.
As well as the ensuite bathroom, there is another complete bathroom for added convenience. This bathroom is spacious, newly tiled and fitted with modern fixtures, large mirror and large frosted windows.
It is equipped with a separate shower and bathtub, toilet and basin. A hairdyer, ironing equipment and washing machine are also available, and all bed linen and towels are provided for you.
