A funky and modern one bedroom designer apartment for up to four guests in the popular Charlottenburg district of Berlin. Well connected to U-bahn and S-bahn train stations, from here it is easy to get around and enjoy the city of Berlin, and an excellent choice for business travellers, being close to the ICC Convention Centre.
Covering 65 squared meters, the apartment is located on the second floor of the building with elevator access. It's a nicely decorated apartment with lots of bright sunny windows and comfortable, modern furniture.
The apartment has a double bedroom with one double bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps. There are also two extra single beds in the living room. The perfect sleeping arrangements for a family or four friends.
The lounge room has a large three- seater leather couch and two leather armchairs, coffee table and floor rug. In this room you can also enjoy a flat screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player and radio/CD player. There is also a dining table and six chairs where you can sit together with your travel companions for a home cooked meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped for four and has a conventional oven, electric stove top for cooking, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
The bathroom is tiled and has a toilet, basin and shower over bathtub. All bed linen, blankets and towels are supplied for you. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment available for your use during your stay.
This area is a popular district in Berlin, famous for its quiet, laid back nature by day, which comes alive with great entertainment and nightlife in the evening. It is located just a few minutes walk from the famous shopping district Kurfurstendamm and west of the famous Tiergarten park. The area is home to many important landmarks- including the famous Schloss Charlottenburg Palace, Queen Sophie Charlotte's summer retreat.
Also in this area are a number of excellent bookstores, cafes, beer gardens and restaurants and a Musem of Egyptian Antiquities, alongside many famous Berlin theatres and other museums. The perfect city centre location for you to get to know the city of Berlin.
