This 40 m squared apartment is an all in one combined living space, located on the second floor of the building, the ideal reference point for you to explore the historic city of Berlin by foot.
This lovely studio has a unique colorful elegant atmosphere throughout and has been renovated with modern style and comfort in mind. Contemporary furnishings including a large queen-sized bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, two single beds are available upon request. There are also two comfortable armchairs, coffee table, T.V., DVD player, and internet connection are available for your comfort and entertainment. This area also opens onto a spectacular private sunny balcony from which you can enjoy alfresco meals and marvelous sunsets with your travel companions.
The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric stove, oven, kettle and coffee maker, plus all the pots, pans and utensils you need to enjoy a cooked meal in the apartment. There is also a dining table for four.
The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and basin. All bed linen and towels are provided for you. There is also a washing machine, ironing equipment and hairdryer at your disposal during your stay.
Located right in Berlin’s city centre, you would be within close walking distance to the main attractions of the city including the famous Mauer Park, Eberswalder strasse, Helmholtzplatz, right in front of the former Vitra Design Museum.
