Nice and quiet locaction. Everything you need in short distance from the app. The size of the app. is perfect for two persons.(A large plus also to the italian restaurant Salento across the street.)

     

Prenzlauer Berg Apartment is a unique and stylish one bedroom boutique apartment for up to three guests, located in one of the most famous areas of Berlin. The historical centre of this city is a ten-minute trip away. You have easy access to Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, the Berliner Dom (the Berlin Cathedral) and other attractions. Located on the first floor of a beautifully restored 19th century building with high ceilings, large bay windows and solid timber floors, the atmosphere of this apartment in Berlin will allow you to relax and make the most out of your stay in Berlin.

The living space contains two single beds which can be converted into a double bed and a single comfortable sofa bed. There is a baby cot available. There is also a closet to storage your belongings. Bed clothes and towels are provided. Near the beds, you will find a small living room beautifully decorated with stunning landscape wall paper. It’s equipped with an armchair, satellite TV and a coffee table. There is WIFI internet connection available.

The kitchen is sunny and it’s fully equipped with everything you need to cook in the apartment, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, a kettle and cooking utensils. For breakfast, you two people can sit around the small dining table that is in the kitchen or enjoy the view on the balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard.

The bathroom is completely equipped with a toilet,a sink, a shower and a bath. Other amenities that will be at your disposal during your stay are heater system, ironing equipment and a writing desk.

Public transportation is conveniently near, with good connections to both Schoenefeld and Tegel Airport. There is free street parking
