This is a three-bedroom apartment located in the Mitte District of Germany. The apartment is on the third floor of a building in the midst of the Friedichstrasse. This is an area that is brimming with cafes, restaurants and shops. While on holiday, staying in this lovely apartment allows walking to many areas of interest, including Museum Island.
The living area of the apartment is spacious and contains large windows for a nice view. With a television, chair and sofa, this is a room that will be perfect for relaxation. In one section the dining table and chairs are included for the convenience of guests. This room may also be used for sleeping.
The kitchen is modern and fully furnished. Containing a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, it is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing a few meals in if desired. All the utensils are included.
The master bedroom is a large room with nice sized windows again for a lovely view before retiring. There is a double bed for guests, bedside tables and lamps and the blankets and bed linens are provided.
There are two other bedrooms as well with double beds. The apartment will accommodate 6 guests although the base price is for 2. All the bed linens for these two bedrooms are provided as well.
The bathroom is roomy and has a tub and shower. A hair dryer is provided for guest. All bath towels are provided as well.
The apartment has a washing machine, heating system, WiFi and parking on the street is available. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. It is not cannabis friendly.
When staying in this beautiful and spacious apartment while on holiday, it is just a short walk to the Synagogue and the German Parliament. There are many of Berlin's most well-known attractions and landmarks located in the Mitte District. As one of the wealthiest sections of Berlin before World War II, this was where the center of the business and political district was located.
After the war, much of this area was in very bad shape and many buildings were totally destroyed. The East German Government took control of the area after World War II and rebuilt the district. Today it is considered the center of East Berlin.
The Mitte District is an ever-changing area. The building design is quite impressive and there are a range of culinary treats for visitors to enjoy. From Vietnamese restaurants to German cafes, there will be something for everyone. The neighborhood is also known for the trendy boutiques, high fashion design venues, small art galleries and a variety of historical attractions. The City Hall and the churches of St. Mary and St. Nicholas are some of the places most visited by tourists. The Mitte District is considered the ‘heart' of Berlin.
