If you are planning to visit Berlin, be it for a short city break or on business, have you considered a vacation apartment? Just like a hotel room,this serviced apartment is based on the open plan studio concept, but whereas with a hotel, you either have to eat out, or eat at the hotel restaurant, at this apartment you have your very own, fully functional kitchen, so you can self cater if that is your preference either from a convenience, or from a cost point of view. So you have all of the hotel type convenience: a bed, a toilet/bathroom, and a living area, (and a much bigger living area that you would expect from any hotel accommodation), plus the option to self cater too!

The flooring is parquet style, with a natural straw type carpet, matching the floor but blending in perfectly within its narrow, dark edging. The walls are painted pure white, and with buff colored curtains hanging of large double glazed windows that allow in plenty of bright sunshine, but that keep any unwanted noise to an absolute minimum, the overall effect is one of simple, clean, elegance.

The room is well equipped with quality furniture. There are two good size single beds set against one wall. Each bed has a bedside cabinet beside it with a bedside lamp sitting thereon. You'll also find more than ample cupboard space for hanging your clothes, and plenty of drawer space for your smalls. There is a satellite TV on top of the chest of drawers, and should you wish, you have the option of pre-booking a CD/DVD player.

Whilst we're on the subject of electronic entertainment, you find the apartment has free Wi-Fi access to allow you to keep in touch with work or friends as your needs must. In addition to the two single beds, there is also a divan settee that converts into a comfortable double bed. As well as the divan, there are also two easy chairs, and all are colored a natural charcoal which blends in beautifully with the rest of the décor. As you would expect with a good hotel, all of your bed linen is provided in the apartment price.

The kitchen area has a cooker/oven, a fridge, a microwave, and a kettle. There are plenty of built in cupboards that house the pots, pans and cooking utensils, plus cutlery and china, and a sink with single drainer - everything that you need to prepare a great cooked meal. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs in the main living area.

Finally, the bathroom will exceed your expectations being of a good size, elegantly decorated, and comprising dedicated shower, toilet and hand basin. Naturally all towels are provided for your use.

Located in Mitte, and within easy walking distance of all of the main tourist attractions including Alexanderplatz, the TV Tower, and Unter Den Linden Boulevard, plus the Unesco World Heritage site, Museum Island; this apartment is ideally placed in the center of this unique city.
